06 / FAQ

Common questions.

What files do you need to get started?
A DXF export from your Proliner or any digital templator, plus a few notes — material, edge profile, sink and appliance information, field notes and an example of the DWG standard you want us to follow.
How long does it take?
The standard target is 24–48 hours after onboarding. Turnaround under 24 hours may be available for an additional rush fee, depending on current capacity and job complexity.
What do I get back?
A completed countertop DWG prepared to the account standard agreed during onboarding. Your shop reviews and approves the drawing and remains responsible for CNC programming and production.
Do you only work with Proliner?
No. We work with Proliner exports and any digital template that produces a DXF file.
Do you offer on-site templating?
Remote CAD drafting is our primary service. Proliner templating may be considered for selected projects and markets, quoted separately based on location, travel, schedule and scope.
Is the trial drawing really free?
Yes. Qualified countertop fabricators may receive one standard-scope DWG at no charge after we review the DXF, complete job information and desired drawing standard. The offer is limited to one trial per company, is subject to availability, and does not include rush delivery, on-site templating, CNC programming or additional jobs.
How do you price a job?
After the complimentary trial, recurring work is quoted based on the agreed drawing standard, job complexity and expected volume. Rush work and on-site templating, when available, are quoted separately.
How large a job can you handle?
Anything from a single vanity top to a full kitchen with multiple pieces, seams and build-ups. Larger or repeated projects are reviewed before committing to a turnaround.
