This Privacy Policy explains what information Joluk (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website at joluk.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. Joluk provides countertop CAD drafting services to stone fabricators. We keep the data we collect to a minimum — only what we need to respond to you and deliver your work.

- Details you send us. When you fill out our contact form or message us through the live chat, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, company, email address and details about your job.
- Files you share. If you send us template files (for example a Proliner or DXF export) to prepare your drawings, we store them only for as long as needed to complete and support your project.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, we collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about visits (such as pages viewed and general referral source) to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
